Ultimate Blog Party '10 - Welcome!

Ultimate Blog Party 2010
I love a good party, don't you?
Already, there are close to 1,000 family-friendly blogs linked up to the Ultimate Blog Party!

If you're stopping by from UBP10, welcome! Here you'll find a little bit of everything mommy related, but mostly I blog about my kids and preschool with my three-year-old.

My name is Sela (Say-la for those who care) and I just started blogging in December. I have two littles: my 3-year-old Kahlen loves to learn and keeps me laughing with the funny things she says and my 9.5-month-old Nathanael is a happy, smiley little boy (especially at 3am!) who keeps me cooking (what am I going to do when he is a teenager?!?). I have been married for almost 9 years to Tim and love it!

We live in beautiful Colorado and I can't imagine living anywhere else. I grew up here and was homeschooled here. I've been doing preschool with my daughter for a year (a year, really??). We started as just something to keep us occupied, and over the last year, it's become part of our routine.

Here's my kiddos the other morning playing together :)

Ultimate Blog Party has a HUGE list of prizes to giveaway! Here are a few I would love to win:
  • USC 60 – For one winner a $200 gift certificate for any Wall Slicks vinyl wall decal of your choice. DIY decorating made easy with Wall Slicks wall stickers.

  • 56 – 12″ x 24″ Custom, hand~painted gallery style canvas for baby nursery or kid’s room {to be coordinated with winner’s bedding/decor} for one winner, see samples here!

Please leave me a comment and include your blog address if you have one so I can share the comment love!

I’m a homeschooling SAHM mom of two littles (3 & 1.5). I’m a born-again Christian, and I’m currently working on my MA in Ministry. I’m not your typical “mommy blogger”, but I enjoy reading mommy blogs just the same.

Happy UBP!

Seems like Colorado is a popular place, judging by the other comments. I too love the state and used to vacation there all the time when I lived next door in KS. I too started doing preschool as a way to keep my then 2yo occupied, and now my girls and I do it because we just love to explore life together! Looking forward to picking up some new ideas from your blog!

Thought I would leave you an actual party comment. Hello friend! Hope you're having a good party week! Here I am, at the end, trying to catch up, as usual. It's great to meet so many new people. Thanks for linking up to this so I could see it and join too!

Ah, I went to high school in Colorado and still call it home. I drag my husband and girls there whenever we can to visit friends and my dad.

We're thinking of homeschooling so I post about crafts and books and music at Because Babies Grow Up and it's a blast!
