October is the third month that I’ve done the whole month at a time now. It’s been awesome. It’s a lot easier to have variety and stick to the basic plan when I do the whole month. It’s easier to be more flexible as well; since I can see what I’ve already made for the month and what I’m planning to make, I can easily flip flop two meals without messing up the plan too badly. I can also choose to buy staples like noodles, etc, all at once if I want, and then the weekly grocery trip is just fresh food, like fruit and veggies, instead. I wanted to wait to post an entire month until I felt confident that it was working to do it this way, and it definitely is!
