Today was our first shot at Muffin Tin Monday. The theme was ABC/123s. I decided to do both at the same time. So we had:
1 Apple
2 Beans (green)
3 Carrots
4 Dogs (corn)
5 Edamame
6 Fish (goldfish)
She's still working on her veggies 20 minutes later, but that's the routine these days :)
Next week, the theme is Dr Seuss.

Edamame is a great E food. I haven't tried it with JDaniel. Maybe I can try it on green week.
