Muffin Tin Monday

I love when Kahlen gets involved in making lunch, it’s definitely a fun part of being a mommy: getting to teach her about cooking and meal making :)

She really wanted Mac’n’cheese for lunch (surprising it doesn’t come up {every} day!), so she got to stir it all up after dumping in the ingredients.

Nate joined in too. Since he usually has a portion of several different foods anyway, his tins are usually really easy to make ;)

Nate’s tray (the white one): Cantaloupe, Annie’s Mac’n’Cheese, Tofu cubes, Tomato cubes
Kahlen’s tray: Yogurt, Pringles, Turkey Ham, Cookies, Carrot Sticks with Ranch Dressing, Macn’n’Cheese.

One other nice thing about Muffin Tin Meals is that I don’t necessarily have to give them as many noodles because there are so many other things.
